JustHost.com Servers crashed yesterday and 80% of the websites that were on there servers lost there data! So what are we to do? I paid alot of money to have my website custom built. Customer service just emailed me a few seconds ago and said they are sorry and that engineers are trying to find what went wrong! My question is what am I suppose to do next? Should I have to pay for something that went wrong on there end or what? or should I just chalk it up as a lost? They said there backup system was only able to restore information from January. The back up they had for my site is from when the developer and designer was working on it. It was a totally different design back in January! So what do those of us who lost a site do?
I would think the only option is to ask for a refund or at least get some of your $$ back.
