What is something I can bring as a gift for my Italian host sisters?

I am leaving for Italy next weekend on an exchange for 3 weeks, and I need some ideas of gifts to bring my host siters.
One is 11 years old, and the other is 13.
I really do not know much about them, since their brother is the one hosting me.
They just live in the house.. Please help me out!

Chosen Answer:

i’m sure they’d appreciate something really american, but its still hard without knowing anything about them. i’d probably go with some cute salt and pepper sets that they can use and remember you every time they eat ;)

when i went to Italy last summer, there is one thing i learned – they love to wear bathrobes when they are at home and even the kids. so i suggest, you get one of these cute and fancy kids bathrobes – http://www.gapsretail.com/Kid-s-Bathrobes-s/37.htm
