I have a bit of an unusual answer for you, see what you think.Oh yeah, I am an experienced webmaster also, that seems to be a thing here.
At this point, MOST of the review sites out there are phony. They are really affiliate sales pages disguised as a review site. They just want you to click their links.
The truth is most of the hosts are very similar. They all claim 0% downtime which is pretty much true. They all offer incredible packages for very little, and they all give you tons of goodies. Most of them give you a free domain name. At least one gives you a free domain for life.
Its also pretty impossible for someone to have experienced ALL the providers they review for any length of time, so… a host review site is kind of a make believe thing.
So, check out the top hosts, price, what they offer, then i suggest this. Google the name of the host plus the words “user reviews” This will bring up a lot of sites where users write in to discuss different hosts. You are looking for a website where multiple hosts are discussed by actual users. If you see a lot of people happy with a particular host, chances are you will be too.Make sure the website you are using has tons of user reviews, not just one or two pages.

Google.com not so sure , But i know there’s lots of files they do not support , no Cpanel , and i don’t know how come , but they have been receiving downtimes lately in their host servers.
yahoo , let me just say it’s the worst web host ever ,you can’t even host the amount of domains you want to host . Including FatCow.com. The downtime is way to much , and many files are un-compatible in fatcow for some reason.
To buy a domain , the most recommended site is godaddy , but not for it’s hosting!! I Tell you !!!.
